Shipping Information

All domestic and international packages are sent via United States Postal Service. All domestic packages come with tracking. International orders DO NOT come with tracking.

All Charlotte Marie items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of our products we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. We suggest that you email us at Handmade@CharlotteMarieJewelry.com if your order is in need of a rush. Otherwise all regular mail orders will be processed within 14 business days. {Please keep in mind that all orders are hand made.} You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been shipped.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTERNATIONAL / CANADIAN ORDERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ON INTERNATIONAL OR DOMESTIC ORDERS. WE DO NOT REFUND OR ACCEPT EXCHANGES ON INTERNATIONAL / CANADIAN ORDERS.

Ground — Free USPS Regular Mail 7-10 Days
Priority 2-3 Day Mail — $8 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

 

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for amazing customer service and want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. We are happy to offer a one time exchange within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Returns for refund are not accepted. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email handmade@charlottemariejewelry.com for a repair authorization within 48hrs from receiving your order. I do understand there are special circumstances that may exceed the allotted 48hr window and I will work very closely with my customers to accommodate their requests.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.  CharlotteMarieJewelry.com recommends you ship your package with insurance and use a trackable shipping method. All custom orders are FINAL SALE.
