Availability and Ordering Policy

All jewelry is made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. I work hard to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of my products I ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering for the first time.

I truly appreciate your support of my products. If any issues arise with your order, I will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Repairs and Re-sizing

I strive for amazing customer service and want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, as each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, I do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email handmade@charlottemariejewelry.com for a repair authorization within 48hrs from receiving your order. I do understand there are special circumstances that may exceed the allotted 48hr window and I will work very closely with my customers to accommodate their requests.

Charlotte Marie is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.

All of my foot chains are approximated to standard US women's shoe sizes. If you have any questions regarding the fit or measurements of the foot chain you want, please email me so we can determine the best size for your foot. I make each foot chain in 2 sizes: women's shoe size 5.5-7 and 7.5-9. If you prefer a more customized size or fit, feel free to email me for a custom order.

**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. **
