Ordering
We require a copy of your state resale license for our files to set up your wholesale account.
Wholesale is calculated at 50% off of regular retail prices listed on CharlotteMarieJewelry.com.
Initial minimum order is 10 pieces of jewelry in order to supply an attractive display of the collection.
Everything on CharlotteMarieJewelry.com is available for wholesale. Please keep in mind, we use all natural stones in each design; color, shape and size of stones may vary slightly.
You may order directly from our website; please contact us to set up your account. Once set up, you will be assigned a wholesale code to use during checkout that is specific to your account.
It probably goes without saying, but we'll say it - Please note that it is illegal to supply misleading, false or fraudulent information to obtain discounted purchases for anything other than resale purposes.
Payment Terms
All orders require full payment when the order is placed. Payment plans are available in certain circumstances, but please know that orders will not ship until the full amount is received.
Payments can be made via Paypal or credit card. For your security, I will not keep your credit card information on file for future orders, unless you ask me to do so.
Shipping and Handling
Orders will be completed and shipped within 3-5 weeks. Typically, larger orders can take up to five weeks to fill, while smaller orders can take as little as two weeks.
Rush orders are available by special request and may incur additional handling charges for production as well as expedited shipping.
Orders are sent via USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation free of charge with all wholesale orders. UPS, FedEx, international and express shipping are available on request and will incur additional charges.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love what you buy! If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry in your order for any reason, please contact us within five (5) business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be new, unworn, and undamaged to be eligible for exchange.
Charlotte Marie Jewelry reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice or in a condition unacceptable for resale. If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will expedite an exchange.
All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.
Please pack jewelry in a well-padded envelope or package for shipping. Insurance is not required but it is recommended.
Charlotte Marie Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
