How long does it take to receive my order?
All FootCandy foot chains and barefoot sandals are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. I strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the handmade nature of my products, I ask that all customers be aware of this production window.
After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from me for the first time.
I truly appreciate your support of my products. If any issues arise with your order, I will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it.

Do you accommodate custom orders for bridal parties or gifts?
I love custom orders! Please email me to discuss your needs or ideas. I require 4-6 weeks to complete a custom jewelry order once details have been discussed and a design has been agreed upon.

Can I cancel my order?
There is a 24hr window for you to cancel your order. Every piece is hand made and many are custom pieces, once production starts it cannot be cancelled.
How do I know what size FootCandy to order?
I make FootCandy foot chains in 2 sizes:
- 5.5-7 fits women's shoe sizes 5.5 to 7.0. The measurements of the foot chain are: 8" ankle chain with a 2" extender chain, 3.75" bridge from ankle to toe, 2.75" toe chain.
- 7.5-9 fits women's shoe sizes 7.5-9.0. The measurements of the foot chain are: 8.5" ankle chain with a 2" extender chain, 4.25" bridge from ankle to toe, 3" toe chain.
